Non-Refundable Fee: $38.00
Includes keynote, 35th year celebration, class sessions, and lunch. There will be NO on-site registration.
All major credit cards will be accepted for payment using the on-line registration.
Purchase orders, money orders, and personal or company checks will be accepted with mail in or faxed in registrations.
UAEYC Members: Please come to the UAEYC table in the vendor area to receive a $5 refund.

REGISTER EARLY to get the classes of your choice. As classes fill you may be assigned to a class that you did not select. Check the Class Descriptions page on this website for class descriptions and full classes before you register.
Conference Attendees: Each person attending must complete a registration form in its entirety. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR FOUR CLASS CHOICES. AS CLASSES FILL, YOU MAY BE ASSIGNED TO A CLASS YOU DID NOT SELECT. CHECK THE CLASS DESCRIPTION PORTION OF THIS WEBSITE FOR CLASS STATUS.
Conference Presenters: Each presenter and co-presenter must complete a registration form in its entirety. Only presenter and one (1) co-presenter listed in the registration booklet will receive a free lunch as a part of the presentation team. Additional presentation helpers must register and pay the $38.00 registration fee.
Conference Committee Members and Conference Volunteer: Each Committee member and volunteer must complete a registration form in its entirety. You will not be charged the registration fee and will be offered a complimentary lunch.
CEU and NAC credit are available for selected classes. Check the NAC/CEU table in the registration area for required paperwork or certificates. To get the full .5 CEU credit for the conference you MUST ATTEND ALL CEU CLASS SESSIONS. The keynote session has CEU credit. Click here to download the CEU Worksheet which needs to be completed in order to receive CEU Credit.
Group rate overnight accommodations are available for Friday, March 12, 2010 by contacting the Hampton Inn & Suites at 1-801-426-8500 in Orem located directly across from UVU. Mention Booking Code MEC to receive the discounted rate. You must call and reserve a room by February 26 2010 to receive the discounted rate.
